HOW SHOULD I WASH?
Washing Recommendations:
-Flip clothes inside out to help embroidery last longer
Washing:
Cold wash, Delicate Cycle & Mild Detergent
Dryer: If you want embroidery to last longer, airdry and then put it in the dryer for 5-10 mins on low to medium heat to help with the wrinkles
*If not, put it in the dryer on low to medium heat.
WHAT IS PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME?
Processing time is roughly 2-3 weeks since everything is made to order! Delivery time is 2-5 days based in US. Please only order if you're willing to wait that long.
We currently use USPS/UPS/DHL to ship out orders. For any orders that are able to bypass our shipping outside of USPS shipping zones, we are not responsible for your order if it is not shipped. We will offer international shipping at a cost and will proceed to ship those orders if the shipping is offered.
Please make sure to write the correct address when you are filling out your information because you will be responsible if you have filled it out incorrectly. You will have to pay for any additional costs that arise out of incorrect address entry.
No refunds since everything is made to order unless we mess up!

WHAT IS RETURN & REFUND POLICY?
We are currently not accepting any returns/refunds at the moment since everything is made to order. Unless, if your order was messed up by us, we will fix it. We will do our best to accommodate to any situation.
If we do accept your return, we have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@limithreads.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
